What is the newest method of nose surgery?
This method is based on three pillars :
- Keeping the back of the nose ( Not cutting the hump directly )
- Second, preserving the ligaments or the non-retaining tissue of the nose
- Third, not removing the cartilages of the tip of the nose and simply shaping them
In the usual nose procedures, it is often based on removing parts of the nose and then reconstructing the nose, for example, we want to remove the hump of the nose, we go and shave it, but in the preservation method, I am far away. (Postnasal ) Instead of shaving the blade from the top, it goes under the blade and empties the barrel from the inside so that the hump is lower and not visible.
